Receiving an Acknowledgement Email does not confirm your order has been accepted.

Your order is a contractual offer; we only accept it once we dispatch the items. We may cancel orders at our discretion prior to despatch.

4. Availability, Risk & Pricing

All items are subject to availability. Stock levels shown may not reflect real-time inventory.

If any item (e.g. from a gift set) is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once payment is received in full.

All prices are shown on the checkout page and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs.

If ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

We may update prices before despatch. If this happens, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Payment can be made using VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.

5. Delivery

We currently offer collection only — no delivery or shipping is available at this time.

Our goal is to have your order ready for collection within 3 working days. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you promptly.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full collection details, including location and collection times.

You may have to bring in an I.D as proof of purchase.

6. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Unwanted Items

Items may be returned within 28 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Email sales@shop.eastlondonmosque.org.uk with your order number, reason for return, and whether you will return in-store or by post.

Delivery costs and return postage are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving your return.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

Return shipping is free for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Notify us within 14 days of delivery by email with photos and your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).

We’ll issue a return label or in-store return instructions.

Replacements are shipped within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
