Shipping Policy – East London Mosque Shop

At East London Mosque Shop, we currently operate on a collection-only basis. Please review our policy before placing an order.

1. Collection-Only Service

• We do not offer delivery services at this time.
• Customers must collect their purchases in person from our store at: 46 Whitechapel Road, London Muslim Centre - Events Office, London, E1 1JQ.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be presented at the time of collection.

2. Collection Timeframe

• Our first launch products will be available for collection between the 1st and the 10th of Ramadan.
• Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order is ready for pickup.
• Orders must be collected within the specified timeframe. Uncollected orders may be subject to cancellation without refund.

3. Store Collection Hours

• Collections can be made during our regular store hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

4. Order Verification & Identification

• Customers must provide a valid ID (such as a driving licence or passport) if requested by staff.
• If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide a copy of the order confirmation and the customer’s ID.
